Depending on the situation in each country, in addition to rent and service fees, the following fees will be paid when renting:

Online payments are all paid upon arrival. If your paid order has not changed due to a network failure, please contact our customer service staff to solve it for you.

In view of uncertain factors such as time difference, we will reserve the unpaid order for you for 24 hours. To ensure the validity of the order, you need to complete the payment within 24 hours. If payment is not completed within 24 hours, please re-order the payment.
• Q3: How to confirm whether the payment is successful?
The system will prompt success or failure after the payment is completed. If the system does not prompt, you can check the balance of Alipay, WeChat or bank card. If the payment has been deducted, the online payment transaction should be successful. If the payment is not successful due to insufficient bank card balance, unexpected disconnection, etc., please find the order in Personal Center-My Order and complete the payment again.

Platform payment currently supports Alipay and WeChat. If you already have an Alipay account, you can choose to pay with Alipay; if you have opened the WeChat payment function, you can also choose to pay through WeChat scan code. Online banking payment, your bank card needs to open the corresponding online business. Due to different local bank policies, it is recommended that you call your local bank phone before online payment to inquire about the types of bank cards available for online payment at this bank and how to open them. Some card types have online payment limits.
